Favorite time of the day.

It’s pretty early. My Mike has just left for work and here I am with about 15 minutes for myself. This is the time I count my blessings. This week I am adding the noises of the farm to my list. The sound of the donkeys - specifically Jack - braying. You see, he’s a new dad for the second time since he and Jenny came to the farm.
We have a little Jennet.  We aren’t sure what we’re going to name her yet. But we’re going to have fun with choosing the name. Friday, a group of school kids are coming out to the farm for a tour. I’m going to give them a bucket and some pieces of paper and pencils and I’m going to let them write down the name they like and put it in the bucket. Will use those names to help us come up with a good name for our little Jennet.
